Help me pick out clothes for a family photoshoot

We’ve never done a photoshoot in the 6 years we’ve been married and now that my baby is 3 months old, we decided it’s high time we do it. I need help picking clothes for all 3 of us. We’ll be doing an outdoor shoot. We’re MO. So looking for a nice shirt/sweater and pants for DH that matches me and baby boy. I would like a nice flared dress. I like asymmetrical styles but am open to other options.
For my baby - something with shorts because I want to show off his yummy pudgy legs. He has blue eyes if that affects anything

Pick a sweater that goes along for your husband and your set I think less busy in photos but ask the photographer I know they usually want to see pics of the clothes too

Are you doing indoor or outdoor photos?

If outdoor, in a park with greenery or at a beach?
Different colors look better than others in each scenario

Oh, I see it’s outdoor. In what setting though?

At the beach- blues, whites would be gorgeous.
White shirt, blue pants for dh
Denim romper for baby
White dress for yourself

I personally go for the sharpness of,black and white against the green backdrop.

Blue would also be pretty, and if your baby has sharp blue eyes it might highlight that.

But what previous poster suggested is really pretty too.

Slight update. DH wants to be matching with our baby. like if he’s wearing a beige top and denim pants, he wants our baby to wear a beige top and denim shorts.

Any recommendations based on that?

I'm not an expert, but I'm thinking it might look nicer if it's one color matching with baby all in one color. Eg. He's in beige and denim so baby is in either beige or denim romper.
