Anyone have a breaded zucchini recipe? Either sticks or sliced. Can be baked or fried.
The recipes I see online all have milk and I want it as a fleishig side dish

Do you have pareve milk? You can just replace it.

I would rather a recipe without milk. Also some tips on how to keep the zucchini from getting soggy

Dinner done has a great recipe for breaded zucchini. They call for Parmesan cheese I sub nutritional yeast for the cheese to make to pareve. It’s delicious
