I have the space and the money.
I just don’t have any ideas.
I’m not talented in any way like doing makeup or Shaitels.
I don’t want to babysit or run a playgroup.
I don’t mind selling something- but what?
Looking for all sorts of ideas….

I have a business but no money or space. Trying to figure out if I can keep doing it out of my guest room or if I'll need to rent a space.
But it's serviced base , a talent / skill I have....so won't help you. Just ironic to see this question posted.

Good for you that you have a talent! I feel like once you have the talent/skill , it can work out somehow. If you have to invest in renting space, IyH your income will grow.
