Shraga is lamp or lantern in Aramaic.
Apparently (and I only know this from Google) Feivel/Feivish is a derivative of the Greek name Phoebus which means brilliant or light. Also from Wikipedia:
Samuel ben Uri Shraga Phoebus (alternatively, "Or Shraga", "Faivish", "Fayvish", "Faibesh", etc.) (Hebrew: שמואל בן אורי שרגא פיביש) was a Polish rabbi and Talmudist of Woydyslaw in the second half of the 17th century.
So that is an example of the combined use of all those names which basically means bright light/torch/lantern
