I always buy plain without seasoning.
Gefen's ingredients are corn and salt that's it. Also gluten free.

thanks. I bought it
but tried adding seasoning onion, garlic, paprika powder but it wont combine with the spices.
I get patches of spices in a few places - it just wont mix

Kellogs plain original has:
Ingredients: Milled corn, sugar, malt flavor, contains 2% or less of salt. Vitamins and Minerals: Iron (ferric phosphate), niacinamide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.

Correct. There's a reason the good crumbs have additives.
But you can still use Gefen if you prefer. Just season the chicken directly before you coat it in the cornflake crumbs.
