Are you talking about the ships? Absolutely it was amazing (go early there's usually a long line)
Are you talking abt the fair in Liberty State Park? Last year they skipped some of the things that were planned and it wasn't so major. If it's going to be like before covid (no way of knowing) it's great

Fleet week is great, we toured the ships many times over the years. Very cool for kids and adults.
