So it's (finally) time to say goodbye to my black opaque tights. I HATE pantyhose for all the same reasons that you wise imamothers have been saying the past several days. Which brand is more comfortable for a pear-shaped figure? If I go up one size, the size charts show that they're made for a taller person and I'm afraid the pantyhose will sag at the ankles. Help!

They won't sag. The XL/"tall" fits me and I'm 5 feet, five inches at 148 pounds.

go with esatto. my favorite brand. holds up pretty nicely. they have all denier. I wear the 30.

Melas makes a size called medium plus which is for wider belly/hips but not as tall
