Some people don't like bathing caps. We find them tight-feeling regardless of how loose, we have a lot of/a type of hair that makes using them difficult, etc. Some people aren't really swimming with their hair under water and just want something that can get wet. Etc.

my bathing cap is meant for someone with hair. it was around $10. you can search for it.

This! I love it. It doesn't move and it's comfortable. Their customer service (I contact thru ig or the message thingie on the website) is amazing, so if you have questions she'll literally FaceTime you from the store and show you each detail on the product.
