Hi,

How do you keep your kugel warm for the Friday night meal? My kugel is delicious straight out of the oven but by the meal it’s not. On the hot plate it gets dried out on the blech it doesn’t stay hot enough… any ideas how to keep the kugel tasty and hot ?

Put it in a silver foil on the cover of the pot of soup.
I mean its never going to be like it is straight out of the oven.

I warm it up in the oven right before shaboss and then turn off the oven and leave the kugel in uncovered until the meal

When it's done cover it put it on 200 for hours it becomes heaven
