I tried electrolysis and the acne was horrible! Going back to epilating. She can also learn to thread, its really easy and effective

I would say do electrolysis. Did it for my daughter and a year later she is almost done and looks amazing. Its permanent and now she won't have to worry about it anymore. It's a bit pricey and you have to invest the time and go consistently, but I think it's worth it.
