My baby has terrible diaper rash with raw and bleeding skin. Whats the best cream for treatment?
And whats best to use daily when this clear up?

Have you tried putting potato flakes yet?
If the rash is really bad I'd do cream in addition to that

This. My baby used to have rashes that would take so long to go away when we used triple paste or A&D. Someone recommended purple desitin and it works magic BH.

Are you sure its not yeast?
If it is I use over the counter cream for yeast infections (after months of trying prescription stuff that didnt help a friend suggested this and cleared up in a week)
I like clotrimazole 2%
Eta I use desitin with each diaper change to prevent rashes

If it’s a yeast rash then you need nystatin powder or an anti fungal cream and keep area dry with powder.
Otherwise desitin is good.

Lotrimin (if underlying rash is fungal), triple paste, and baby cornstarch. Make sure to get some air time without diaper and you can also use a blowdryer on a very cool setting (test on your arm)on baby's skin to dry the area.

You can either sprinkle it on straight out of the bag or mix some of it with a bit of water to create a paste and shmear it on. Refuah shelaima!!

If skin is open and bleeding, use bactroban/mupirocin.
If diaper trash is not better after a couple of days it's usually fungal rash and needs nystatyn cream.
Alternate creams. Give bath instead if wipes as much as possible.
Change diapers often.
