Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a nuna MIXX stroller. I wanted to hear more information from anyone who has had experience with nuna customer service. Are they easy to reach, quick to help out \ replace parts if needed?

Yes, they are great. Responsive and helpful. The only time they couldn’t help was after the stroller I had was discontinued and I needed a part they didn’t make anymore, so that was understandable (after about 7 years). But overall, I have been thrilled with the quality of the stroller, car seat, and customer service.
