The lowest it’s going is 60. I find when it’s 70-80 by day and only goes to 60 at night the house doesn’t cool off without ac. Why wouldn’t you have it on?

I have several units & zones, I'm not yet using all at the same time so some will be on but not all.

Because running the AC is very costly! We have large windows and love sleeping with the windows rather than the AC when possible. It will definitely be possible for us this weekend

Not in NY, in Israel, but we have a Shabbos clock installed for the ac, so we can have it come on and off throughout Shabbat at specific times.

I said it's going to be hot and humid, you need the ac and then ironically we put it on too high of a temperature in our bedroom, so the window had to be opened at night and it was cooler outside than inside.
