After 3-4 years I started having issues. Dd called their service line and they gave instructions on getting it up to par. We also changed the battery for $18 (bought a non brand replacement on Amazon). BH working well again. We had been ready to replace it.

You have to replace some parts. Also you might have to reset it. You can call customer service to help you figure it out.
