I would like to make a "cheese cake" for my dairy free daughter
I use the "mashu mashu" brand of cheese for savory foods like pizza, etc
Is there something that's the equivalent of cream cheese?
Needs to be a Mehadrin hechsher
thanks!

Yes of course. Israeli brands like mashu mashu or alternative make spreadable pareve cheeses (gvina levana) that will work fine for cheesecake. Likewise, tofutti cream cheese is widely available and makes a great cheesecake.

If you're in Jerusalem- Eshkolet/The Good Store on Paran get in Toffutti Cream Cheese before shavuos
I would assume that other stores that are heavy on American products would also like Special Market etc...
