Is there anyone or an agency who can fill out the paperwork and advise a playgroup on how to get approved to accept vouchers?

I have done it a few years ago for a home daycare. It is not a simple process and there is no heimishe person that will do it for you. You need approval from health department, pass frequent inspection etc. The process takes a while and you can not cut corners. You must have a clear record of what you are serving, who you are hiring etc. In short, no room for shtick. Good Luck.
