I have a milchig oven that I can technically leave on but don’t want to leave it on for 2 days, my house will be so hot! In the past I’ve done a hot plate on a timer but the food doesn’t get piping hot. Having company that meal so want it to be perfect Smile
Planning to serve fruit soup, salmon and salads can be cold or room temp
Hot things - quiche, penne, pizza bubble ring, roasted veggies - how can I best heat them up?
I will have my fleishig oven on so I can double wrap things

Thanks!!

That's what I'd do.

Either double wrap in the oven, or if your milchig oven is electric, put it on a timer.

We do it with sternos that we put under the milchig stove grates. Not sure if it would work with your stove.

My milchig oven is an electric wall oven. On the counter on top is an induction cooktop which can’t be used on yom tov.

Chafing dishes with sternos, you can light it on yom tov and it just dies by itself.

Baked ziti heated up fine on the Plata. This was on Shabbos, so it was on an overturned pan. I think it took an hour. A folded towel on top helps keep the heat in.
