Does plain cooked rice freeze well?
And, I once saw a post here (no time to search for it) how to 'bake' rice.
Anyone?!

I posted a brown rice with vegetables recipe a while ago. Look for it. It is really really good! I doubt cooked rice will taste good after it's frozen.
