Ok, so dd started on solids. She is 6 months. She takes very little, but I'm wondering if I start cutting down on my extra nursing points yet.
please, please, someone answer me!

Only when you get down to 3 feedings in 24 hours. that’s what I did. I assume you’re talking about weight watchers?

yes- I'm doing weight watchers.
When you cut down- you cut out all 10 points? Or when it was three feedings you cut it to half?

I waited till three feedings, when I knew my baby was suckling for comfort only, then I made the complete sudden drop.

I waited until my weight plateaued. When I wasn't losing that's when I dropped the points. Your body will let you know when you don't need the calories.
