My daughter heard that there is supposed to be a jewish circus this chol hamoed with Lipa Schmeltzer performing in it. Anybody has any details about this?

Any other great ideas for chol hamoed trips in the NY area?

Are you looking to spend money? How old are your kids?
Do you prefer something indoors or outdoors?

I don't mind spending money, if it is worth it. My kids ages are 6 to 19

These jewish coordinated events are a fortune. Besides, your kids are of such a varied age, I don’t see how they can all be entertained in the same place! We save the big expensive trips for other times, and Ch”H we go to short trips such as apple picking, bike riding, etc.

There are so many farms now that have fall activities like apple picking (you can only pick as much as you need for Y'T), gourd picking (make decorations for the last days of succos), and corn mazes.

My kids went to the circus. They didn't think it was so great. I think the Jewish performers ruined it.
BTW, we don't generally believe in chol hamoed outings. We usually view it as family time. However, this time someone offered to take them so we welcomed some private time with the kids entertained all day.
