My 3 year old son just got into a bad habit in touching my breast. He think it is funny. Everytime I tell him no he just laughs. What should I do?

my 3 yr old boy did the same thing . they thing it is funny. just ignore it and pull away their hands from them as if it is a bug . dont dwell on it. he got over this phase very fast. because I didnt act on it.
