This is is a great website with a directory of modest clothing stores of all religious stripes. However, I buy a lot of my clothes in secular stores.

oldnavy.com is good for tops

Christopher and Banks has good tops and skirts

New Creation Apparel has really nice long skirts

Target is great for shirts, and I just ordered a couple of really cute cloches from there too.

Talbots is nice if you have the budget.

I've given up all hope of finding nice ankle length skirts; I normally make them.
