I just started making cookies and I lost the card with my recipe on it. I cant find it anywhere and it'll probably turn up tommorrow but I need to finish the recipe now!
can you help me figure it out from memory, or if someone else has this recipe, I know it has the following ingrediants.
1 cup healthy marg.
1 c. sugar
1 c brown sugar
? eggs
vanilla?
2 cups flour
2 cups blended oatmeal
choc chips
I dont know if I'm missing anything.
aaahhhh..
I've made this recipe many times but not recently so I dont trust my memory.

I would guess 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla
What about baking soda?

ok I found it, I searched the entire house, not knowing if I took it with me when I left the kitchen. it turned out to be on the floor behind the cabinet. argh.
anyway I'm going to post it here in case I lose it again.
1 c. butter (healthy marg.)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
beat together
then add
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. flour
2 c. blended oatmeal
2 c. choc chips
bake for 10 minutes.
its a great recipe by the way.
