What do you make when making a meal for a family that just had a new baby?
I'd like something that is easily transportable...as they are about 20 minutes away.

You can make kugles (noodle , potato, spinach etc)
Roasted chicken
roasted potatoes or vegetables
make salads like pasta, potato, coleslaw and put them in transportable containers

Fried fish pieces or salmon filets, grilled veggies, rice, shnitzel
Just put them all in plastic containers or aluminum trays with lids so there is no spillage.

It takes a lot of foil, but wrap not just the top, but under the tin, fromt he bottom over the top, too. Does that even make sense?

Something in a crockpot? As long as it's not overfull, it's easily transportable.
