I mix pareve sour cream with onion soup mix. It makes a great dip!

Get those powders for dips... Here they sell those that you have to mix with yogurt but I'd imagine it could work for parve sc as well....
Or make garlic sauce.... add some ready made garlic sauce to it... mix with the sour cream (I make this normally with yogurt), squeeze in lots of garlic, salt, pepper to taste.... et voila!!! For the nicety, add a FEW (not much) tiny chopped pieces of cuke.

Liptons does a kosher run of their ranch mix which is heavenly. mix with pareve sc for a dip, or with the pareve sc and nondairy creamer (or soy milk) for an amazing salad dressing
