Last year I gave a sizable tip to my babysitter on Purim. I forgot to give anything on Chanukah (and that is the accepted thing to do here) . She was a frum woman who babysat a few babies in her home. This year I take my two children to a daycare run by my school, the workers there are frum, heimish women and girls. Between my two kids (there are two age groups with separate teachers) I have six babysitters (there are alot of kids there). How much is normal to tip in such a situation?

I'm giving $12 to my 2 yr old's morah - It is a group gift of cash from all parents. (Parents are giving between $10 - $12)
For my baby's morah I am going to give $25 - either as a gift card or get a cookbook, tape, or book in that price range.
