Who suffered first and some second degree burns over his torso (yes Chanukah related. Baruch Hashem his mother kept her wits and pushed him down and put out the fire or it could have been much worse)

He's in the hospital now and they will probably keep him a couple of days. Noam Yisroel Ben Rifka

He's running a slight fever now. But he is able to sleep and happily watched a clown preforming tricks.

Can someone explain the Israeli medical system? Why was the mother given the job of giving the child suppositories?
