what about this recipe: (I dont have the cookbook but I know it's in there somewhere. I forgot the name, however, I hope someone can still help me)

I think it's a sweet and sour recipe for chicken. I know that youre supposed to layer onions on the bottome of the pan and put something on top of it. Bake for about 1/2 hr and then put on a mixture of soy sauce and ketchup and spices maybe (I hope I'm not mixing it up) and continue baking for 1 1/2 hours. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
