I noticed that my baby has been sucking her bottom lip, maybe shes teething, I dont know, but now I noticed that both her top and bottom lips are begiving to get chapped and red.
is there anything that I can do for her? I cant put vaseline on them. anything else that I can do so they dont get drier than they seem already?

try olive oil | because if she continues to suck her lips then she will just suck the vaseline/oil right off and into her mouth.

Lansinoh -- if it's ok for mothers to use while nursing, it's ok if a bit gets in baby's mouth.
And it's something that will stay on.

Last year, when my daughter was a month old I got some lip stuff for her.
I got it at superpharm and it was not specifically for babies. Its a natural thing and it looks liek chapstick. I cant remember the name of it but ill bli neder look for it and let you know if I find it. it had on orangish colored cap. The pharmacist called the company right then and they told her its safe for infants.

any edible fat such as olive oil or cocoa butter will work, but you'll have to keep reapplying as it comes off.
