I'm lookinjg for a good, easy cake I can make for Shabbos by hand or with a hand mixer - that's NOT chocolate and uses normal, basic ingredients I can get easily here in Isarel. The only good ones I have had are brownies or chocolate cake and we are ready for a change!.
thanks!

Here's an easy bundt cake that tastes yummy!

1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa

Combine oil, sugar and eggs till light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and orange juice, alternating wet and dry. Pour mixture into greased bundt, reserving 1 cup batter. Mix cocoa into reserved batter and pour over cake batter in the pan in a circle around the bundt (closer to the middle but not entirely). Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I actually just pulled one out of the oven and the house smells yummy. You can glaze it if you wish!

Any cake that doesn't require beating eggs and is made with oil not margarine is easy to make without a mixer.
