My son has Celiac and I am looking for some new and creative recipes for him. He is very open to trying new foods.

What types of recipes are you looking for. What types of foods -- main dishes, milchigs, fleishigs, desserts, soups. What do you want to add to his diet? I know gluten free, but what are the other parameters? are you specifically looking for gluten free recipes for traditionally gluten filled foods? I have tried experimenting for my dd and I find that foods that are naturally gluten free tend to be better choices than trying to substitute. For instance, sandwiches on rice or corn cakes or corn tortillas instead of gluten free bread seems to work better.

I really just wanted to hear if anyone has any great recipes that they wanted to share. Such as a pizza dough, cakes really anything.

Trader Joe's has a really good GF brownie mix.

For a relative of mine who has celiac, I once made a rice pizza. I took cooked rice and mixed it with egg (can;t remember exactly) I patted it into a pizza pan and baked it for 15 min, Then topped it with sauce, veggies and cheese and baked it another 15 min. It was great for GF pizza.

They also make pancake mix and spice cake mix. I am a fan of Trader Joe's.
