I would like to do something a bit different with my Shnitzel tonight. any ideas how to make Chicken strips, stir fryed? Ive never done anything different besides baking or grilling. I need some interesting recipes that were tryed and good. anyone?

It is easiest to cut when semi frozen.

I would never cook frozen chicken ...
dip in flour / egg / bread crumbs then fry ...
cut into cubes and make almost anything ... add some soy sauce ... spices ... veggies ... serve over rice ...
have you checked out the chicken recipes here ...

Dip it first into corn starch, then egg white. Then fry. Then, make a sauce in the pan (soy sauce, duck sauce, ketchup, garlic) and then coat the chicken pieces. Amazing.
