I got several and we aren't beer drinkers. I could make the Imamother slow cooked meat I guess. I never had luck with beer battered vegetables.
Anyone ?

There's no way I'm using up all the Vodka and beer we got before Pesach between the few recipes that call for it! I'm giving it to my cleaning woman who will be quite happy!

Drunken Cornish Hens. Rinse and season your hens (chickens will do, I suppose) with salt, pepper and garlic. Pop the top of your beer can, and place hen, upright, over can (so can is in cavity). Roast hen at 350. Delicious.
Or offer them to guests.

Now beer, unlike fresh pineapple, is something I would davka cook with rather than consume as is. Chicken in beer, for sure. Or you could use it as a hair rinse after shampooing. It's supposed to give hair body, but I suspect it also makes you smell like a still.

I'm not sure if I could eat something called beer butt chicken. I would have to call it beer can chicken.

I've never gotten any beer for mishloach manos. I've gotten bottle of grape juice, wine or liquer. We drink those during the year.

I make beer challah. You can substitute beer for some of the liquid.
