ISO: Chicken breast recipe I can freeze raw

I'm looking for a recipe for chicken breasts that I can freeze before cooking, and that is more on the healthy and flavorful side.

I don't usually cook chicken breast, so any exciting recipes are appreciated!

I have prepared it by flattening it out and filling it with a spinach mixture, then roll it up, dip in a Chinese sauce and then roll in bread crumbs. I froze it this way. When I needed it, all I had to do was thaw and bake.

If you google "dump chicken" you will find loads of reciepes. The idea is you put the chicken in a bag with the maranaide and freeze (raw). Then defrost in the fridge, dump in a pan and bake.

Thanks so much Racheleve14. I used one of the recipes. seems though that there are only about half a dozen or so - they just get repeated on other websites. are there any more than just those few?
