I just finished a workout video. My 3 sisters had on the same video and with that and gmail video chat we worked out together! It was so much fun!
It was my first workout postpartum so I was really excited about it. Hopefully we will continue!

yup...I wasn't too motivated to do it myself. I was talking to my sister on video chat and thought of the idea. 2 other sisters came running and joined in. It was really fun!

She was sleeping! I have a mommy and baby yoga video that I plan on doing someday.
