 go for it and enjoy! glad to hear that things are looking up by you
(we just went through a whole loaf of fresh bread in one day, and bought another for tomorrow, since I'm not cooking - didn't have time for it to go stale)

who said anything is looking up ?!?!?! it would be way better to have a pesach clean kitchen than a bread pudding - I assure you ...
