so after being awoken at 3:00 am from blood curdling screams - I was wondering what makes you frightened ...
dd3 saw a spider on her wall - she is the kind of kid who catches snakes and climbs trees - yet a little spider sent blood curdling screams throughout the house ... dd2 woke up as well ... we were all shaking - what a fright ... caught the spider - sorry to say he made it difficult and his time was up - he could not be let free ...
BOO !!!
I personally cannot stand roaches - reminds me of ny ... nor centipedes - I'm afraid I'll never catch them and their 100 legs will just chill me into one of those blood curdling screams - should it land on me ...
she should be in a horror film - and get an award ...

So how about the time I woke up my dh after seeing a mouse? you should have heard me scream. Boy was he annoyed!

just so ya know - blood curdling screams are just as frightening during the day ... another spider came dancing on her homework - this one was white - the other one was black ... both with 8 legs ...

One of my sons came to me with a question how come women can torture themselves to look beautiful I.e. wear high heels , tweeze etc happily but yell and screech at the sight of a spider. I had no answer
