Is it taking it too far? For heaven's sake, who knows? Maybe she has relative visitors now, maybe she goes for the weekend to a heavy mexican populated city here in the states. Is it ok to keep her back from coming to my house, or should she stay out for now?

Only if you believe that Jews poisoned the wells in Europe, thus causing the Black Death.

No. I didnt hold off my mexican cleaning help, esp when she told me that no one in her family is sick.

My mexican cleaning woman is coming on Wednesday , and I wouldn't even dream of cancelling her.
My messy home is a bigger threat to our health right now, than any flu!

The flu has nothing to do with being of mexican ethnicity, for goodness' sake. It has to do with having been in mexico in the very recent past or in contact with someone who was infected. Unless your cleaning lady has been back home recently, she's no more likely to be infected than you are.

if you decide not to take her send her over. If I don't have cleaning help soon I WILL need the Hazmat team.
