I usually get the target brand, happened to be in target, they have big boxes of pampers and huggies on sale for $29. It came out to about .13 to .16 cents per diaper, for the sizes I got.

I found that when the kids were younger we were able to get away with cheapie diapers, but the bigger they got and the more stuff that went IN the diaper -- the more we HAD to rely on huggies and pampers. (my son just grew out of size 6 huggies, but size 6 pampers still works for him--- and my daughter was never great in huggies-- pampers always seemed to work better for her.
I digress--- what we do with pampers is shop at target--- when they have target coupons we combine them with manufacturer's coupons. Buy the smallest packages we can and use lots of coupons.
