I knew someone who made an upsheren in 770, it was very sweet. the men cut downstairs and then the boy was brought upstairs for the ladies.

How many ppl are expected? I've been to upsherenishen in homes or in a small shul. You see bris food put out (bagels, tuna, etc), or a bbq in some cases.

We made our first in our old house & our 2nd , 18 months ago in Aliyah on E. NY Ave. We had about 100 people, including kids. I made everything except the bagels. We served bagels, egg salad, tuna, cream cheese, lox & I baked a ton of stuff. Plus, I put out nosh, & veggie platters. You can PM me with your email address & I can send you pictures of the setup.
