I'm making a cheese blintz souffle for shabbos. Don't have fresh lemon juice. Is orange juice an okay substitute?

sure. but if you sub volume for volume you won't get much flavor. try orange extract if you want the flavor.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't have orange extract or anything citrusy and was hesitant to use an orange. So I ran to the store...
