Aside from gefilte, that is.

I think salmon, tuna (steak or canned), cod are pretty much popular.
How about mackerel, trout, sea bass, sole, plaice, snapper, halibut ?

I'm not a big fan of fresh herring, carp or sardine but would love nice kipper
once in a while.

I once tried mahi mahi in the US (yum!) but found orange roughy to
be too waterly and blah.

the only thing I can get at a reasonable price that still has skin on and we like is salmon, and sometimes I get whiting, cod, trout, etc.

love fresh tuna but it is hard to get with skin on.

salmon, sole and tuna. I dont cook gefilte usually because it is way too expensive here. we only have it on a chag and not even every chag.

I love sea bass, but it's very expensive. I have never bought it, but have eaten it a few times at simchas, etc.

Salmon makes me itch but I keep lox in the house for everyone else.

Tilapia & flounder from the freezer; when they're on sale. If I got to the fish store I get whatever's cheapest; trout or sea bass or even porgies on occasion. Whitefish for Shabbos. We like red snapper and most all the fish they sell !

Salmon, and sometimes tilapia.
During the 9 days I usually make something different like rainbow trout, sea bass, pan seared tuna, snapper...
