My 5 yr. old is not a morn. person (like her mother). By the time she's dressed it's about 5-10 min. to her bus. All I can get her to eat is some honeycombs or a half a yogurt. Which is a better option? Any other suggestions? I can't reason with her at that time.

mini whole wheat lender's bagels with cream cheese (kids take it with them, soft and yummy)
Whole foods sells breakfast bars that are made for kids (clif bar, lara bar etc)

Make a quick milkshake with yogurt and frozen/fresh fruit to dring in a to-go coffee cup or to stay

Thanks for the tips. I gave her rice cake and cottage cheese this morn. she loved it, no arguing and I felt alot calmer knowing she had something decent!
