I'm looking for an easy recipe for a starter (appetiser) using smoked salmon for a dairy meal this shabbos lunch. I don't have a great dairy oven (its a microwave convection oven so it can be used but temepratures are not too reliable), any ideas?

Smoked Salmon quiche served at room temp-or heated on plata
or
take endive leaves and use them as a make shift bowl, place rolled salmon inside with some kind of dressing-maybe honey dijon or something.
Good luck!

when I want something easy I often just put smoked salmon, nicely rolled up on a plate with a scoup (nice and round, if I have koyech) of avocado salad. They go really well together.
