Oven baked orzo?

Yes, the oven baked orzo is more like a risotto with a sticky consistancy. (Dh calls it a letcho.)
But it's easy and delicious.

2 cups water
1 large carrot, shredded OR fresh peppers, diced
1 tomato, chopped

2-3 Tbsp oil
1-1/4 tsp salt
4 dashes garlic powder
4 dashes onion powder
2-3 dashes black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a 7x10 pan. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve immediately.

My Hebrew isn't that good and my orzo-making skills even worse. Care to share how yours turned out ? Mine was sticky and ....

I didn't make it, I was trying to just quote you and it didn't come out right.
What the saying means is, on taste and smell there is nothing to debate, IOW to each his own.

This is the type of thing that needs to be eaten straight from the oven. Let it sit for even a bit and it all clumps up.
