sure.
boil one package egg noodles. drain. add 3-5 eggs (more if you want a soft top, less if you want the top crunchy) and salt and pepper to taste. mix well. stick in oven at 350 degrees. bake until toothpick comes clean. (sorry , I haven't made this in ages. time it the first time, you'll have no problem the next time.)

Here's how I do it.
Cook and drain 1 pkg flat egg noodles. Add in 3 eggs and 1/3 c canola oil, 1 Tbs salt and 1 tsp pepper. Mix well and bake 350 for 45-50 mins.
My kids gobble it up every week.

here comes my version ...
package of thin egg noodles boiled in salted water ... drain ... add few tablespoons olive oil, 3 or 4 eggs, grated onion, black pepper and some salt ... fry in olive oil on both sides ... till golden ...

! bag (8oz.) cooked, fine egg noodles
4 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
I fry one sliced onion (I always use sweet onions.) in with some oil until tender.
Mix altogether. Put in square (8x8) pan. Bake at 350 for around 40 minutes.
