My dh is in charge of potty training my almost 3 year old son. I was at school and my dh called and wanted to know when I would be home. My ds ran to the potty, pulled down his pull-up and pants and tried to go standing up. He did something wrong because the next thing my family knew, he was screaming. He fell into the toilet....head first. (B'H, he is fine) Unfortunately, he had already pee'd in the potty as had his sister, who doesn't usually flush.
Then my ds had a major scrub down in the tub by my dh.
We all had a good laugh at it. Thankfully, it has not deterred his toilet training.
