can I have clothing at the dry cleaner during the 9 days? I want to take my clothes today, but there is a chance they wont be cleaned until the 9 days have begun, once at the cleaners. what do you think?

My Rav says that I have to have cleaning done b 4 9 days.

I don't know your cleaners. If they can reasonably have it before, but may happen not to, or if you can arrange same day or rush service, it's probably ok, but you'll feel better asking your rav.
