I can not believe the number I saw on the scale the other day... 
Anyone have the contact info for the Low carb diet group (I think it's called "Friends with Health) lead by Rabbi Meisels in Monsey?
Anyone have any experience with the diet?
Please help.... I can not bear to deal with my weight on top of my many other problems (infertility...)
