1. Not too hard to make
2. My daughter is having a sleepover and wants something "nice" and "yummy."
3. Should be able to be made with stuff I have in the house (I have regular sugar, flour, cocoa, etc.)
4. DH doesn't like to have "just cookies" for dessert.

Thanks.

so I don't know what you have in the house but this is yum... especially since its hot out

2 conatiners of tofuti ice cream (for example... one choc and one vanilla bark...)
graham cracker pie crust

let one cont ice cream melt a little...
pour and flatten into crust
freeze
let the other cont of ice cream melt
pour on top of other ice cream and smooth

you can tob with sprinkles or choc chips or syrp

freeze!

its delish!!!!!!!!!

how about a chocolate moose? Its a delicious dessert that everyone loves. You only need chocolate chips, margarine, eggs and sugar.

apple crumble? this is really easy and is very good served hot with vanilla ice cream.

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margerine (you can try oil if you like...it may need extra baking time if so)

throw in food processor till crumbly, pour over a large pan full of chopped apples, sprinkled with cinnamon. (I use canned apples this week and it was great)

bake for about 30-40 minutes till brown. Keep warm till ready to serve.

take any three colors of sorbet, and layer them in a glass dish using cookie crumbs between the layers. Easy and yummy, and slices so nicely.
